Meating Restaurant
So two days of our road-trip are completely rained out. Our planned hiking trip went out the window. With nothing to do and no where to go we landed up at Meeting in Kleinmond. Rather apprehensively we walked in. What a pleasant surprise! Our waitron Ulrika immediately made us feel welcome by offering us plugs for our laptop computers and the wi-fi code. We ordered the lamb curry and mushroom risotto which was both delicious. Excellent service from Ulrika. I can only imagine this place in summer. Breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean to boot.

We had a lovely lunch with a nice view of the sea. Everybody was friendly and served us with nice hot food. We can honestly say it was a super experience!

A little gem discovery of a restaurant. At closing time, we rocked up across the way, and Ulrica, the manager, accommodated us with a warm, sincere welcome. The food was tasty (we had Springbok burgers) utterly 1st class!!! Highly recommended!!!

Sea view. Great food. Best waitress you’ll find. The kebabs with salad on the side is a great choice. The sea breeze and sunshine is great. Just a great place in general.

My wife and I went to Meating on a cold, rainy day, and were welcomed by Ulrike and a warm cosy fireplace. We ordered the best egg benedicht ever and really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service by Ulrike. We will definitely visit again.

My wife and I had an absolutely lovely time on an overcast chilly day. Watching the waves breaking on the rocks by the harbour, there are not many better ways to spend a weekend lunch. Charon our waitress, the food and drinks, all exceptional! Many thanks.

Went to eat at Meeting in Kleinmond and really enjoyed the experience.The waiter, Charon, greeted and served us with a lot of enthusiasm. She was friendly had great knowledge of the food they served. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to others.I had the Calamari Main and chose chips as a side. By the time I remembered I wanted to take a picture my plate was clean....My mother had the Lamb Curry and was very impressed with the presentation and taste.We we're also spoiled with a breathtaking view of the sunset.
