I had a great experience with Matthew. He was polite, efficient and willing to help. Am testing the system and hopefully he has fixed the problem.I had an awful experience trying to book a technician - it took the assistant 8 minutes to get my name and surname and the whole interaction and procedure was ghastly.

Dealing with Dial a Nerd from logging a request for a quote to implementation of my request has been absolutely seamless and efficient. Disaster for a work-from-home self-employed person - the dreaded computer crash. Called the only place I could think of (Dial a Nerd) and got through (quickly) to Brandon in Dunkeld. Cut a long story short and not only is everything fixed but on their advice I splashed out a relatively small sum for an extra SSD drive and my computer is literally working a LOT better than it was even when it was brand new. Brilliant service!!
