Clicks Pharmacy Swellendam
Should think by now there would be a generator at Clicks. Everytime there is loadshedding, the shop is closed. Meaning bunch of people que up at the doors for it to open.Plus I've been buying Novalac for almost 2 years now; yet I struggle with Clicks keeping stock. Forcing me to change my baby's formula everytime.

This pharmacy is atrocious - staff are inept, and show very little care or attention when dispensing meds. Team seems to be led by a grumpy pharmacist (Andre Van Zyl) who is rude, inconsiderate and quick to prescribe “go to a doctor,” vs trying to diagnose a solution to an issue. He is aggressive, and should not be dealing face to face with customers.The pharmacy assistants are equally inept, with the only saving grace being Ilse (name forgotten) who is helpful and knowledgeable.While the location is convenient, do yourself if you’re seeking a long term pharmacist and look elsewhere.

Store need generator for loadshedding - store closes during loadshedding and take long to open after loadshedding ended.Also need more cashiers - always just one till open and they need to call staff to assist

Only problem is that why can other stores operate during loadshedding but Clicks are closed. Really frustrating this... .

Good selection of items and I gave it a second star because one of the sales girls was helpful. Management must pull their heads out. 12 customers in line and only one till is open while employees wander the aisles and three young men stand in the doorway waiting to sanitize peoples hands with only one spray bottle. The attitude is we will get to you on our own time"."

The staff is perfect the way they are. But i went to enquire for covid test. I was told that ide get a call in a day or two. Im still waiting this was last year
