It's absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend their services. Because there are none. First of all, there is NO communication, after numerous amounts of attempts to get hold of someone. If eventually someone answers, their normal response is we will call you back

I was offered a job in Birmingham, U.K., which I accepted. A Police Clearance Certificate from the South African Police Service was required as as part of the security check I underwent. I applied for my Police Clearance Certificate at the beginning of February, 2023. By the end of March I still had not received any update on the status of my application which was worrying, since my flight to the U.K. to take up my new post was booked for the 22 March. I have spent the last month in the U.K.unable to take up my post because of this unavailable, yet crucial document. I attempted many follow-ups, and had family and friends doing their bit to try to help from South Africa. No success. My sister then learned about Apostil Services, and made enquiries. We submitted the necessary documentation, all clearly and comprehensively layed out by the company. This was last week. Today, less than a week later, I was emailed a copy of my Police Clearance certificate, and the original is already on it's way over through DHL Couriers.I am deeply grateful for the efficient, friendly, and personal service which I have received from Apostil Services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to expedite the slow and often unreliable channels of bureaucracy.Thank you Deidre and team!
