Laundry Basket The

Friendly and good pricing.

I called the laundry basket for directions and the woman that answered could not give me proper directions (could not access google to find it myself). Eventually did find the laundry basket, handed in our laundry and asked when they close. The woman said 18H30. We got there at 17H48 to find they are already closed as they close at 17H30. We called the cellphone on the number and the owner (I presume) was quite rude to us telling us we had made a mistake and the closing time was definitely at 17H30 and no he would not come open for us so we could get our laundry (as we were leaving early the next morning and could not afford to hit traffic due to our time constraints). Needless to say we had to go back the following morning to get our laundry and wasted 45 minutes in traffic.The laundry was washed well but the staff and owner are both clueless and rude. Would only use this place again if I was desperate for clean clothes and would not recommend it to anyone either.
