I am very disappointed from the service at the new place in Linden 1st Avenue .Especially from the manager" .I have complain with the "therapist"that there wasn't enough light in room resulting in wax job not done properly .After that I have been told by the "manager" not to come to this place anymore

Booked a much needed treat for myself on a Sunday at 4pm. I prefer to always do my own cuticle treatment/trim prior as I am a picker. The gel application on my nails was ok and booked for a wet pedi at same time. When i got there i asked if my own paint could be used instead of the salon stock. The shop manager/receptionist informed me that because i want to use my own paint i would have to pay an additional R60. I then said they can use the salon stock if that is the case. .. i was THEN INFORMED that a pedicure, PRICED at R180 DOES NOT Include a paint?? Never have I ever NOt had a pedicure that did not include a paint. On the booksy app it states that it is NO GEL" which I completely understand as it takes extra time and more expensive products

Terrible service! 'Last appointment of the day' was a dismal fail, I wouldn't recommend the rush hours between 4-6pm. I wish more care would be put into clients requests.

Lovely place, first visit. The ladies are professional and really good at what they do. I had tips an acrylic done, specified that I have sensitive skin and requested someone patient and gentle when I booked. My request was honored. I'm definitely going to be a regular here. My nails are beautiful.
