Upon entering the clicks store, I was watched like a hawk. The lady who had originally been at the door when I entered pretended to busy herself in each of the aisles I was in. It made for a very unpleasant experience.

The number you have dialled does not exist when you call the number for the pharmacy. Im trying urgently to get a script filled for serious pain and guess what.... one cant. Also this clicks have far too little cashiers and staff available to assist people. People dont have hours in their lunch breaks to stand around. Get profficient.

Finally found a pharmacy more useless than Dischem Hazeldean. Waited there this morning while two people behind the counter slowly unpacked boxes and stared at the waiting customers like we were animals in a zoo. They couldn't care less.

Absolutely the worst service out of all the clicks I've been. The pharmacists are on some kind of powertrip.Complained to the managers - like they care! If you can go to another pharmacy!

I don’t know the people on duty today at the Pharmacy section 03 October 15:00 but they don’t take their jobs seriously. The lady on duty will look at me while she takes the sellotape off the box and the other guy decided to rather take a phone call than assist me. Both of them currently looking at me while they can actually assist me. This is so apathetic really.

As with every Clicks I've ever been to, the pharmacy wait is WAY too long, and not because there were too many customers. Their systems must be so inefficient. Pharmacy staff was friendly thought, but the checkout staff almost made you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being a customer. Rude, short, mumbling , lacklustre. Why is Dischem staff so much friendlier than these folks?

I gave in my script and received an sms to collect. (There is a specific collection counter for repeat scripts like mine. The script is packed and ready for pick up) The pharmacists make me wait in the line together with the other 1 time script customers. What is the point of the collection counter and handing in your repeat script at Clicks when according to these pharmacists “protocol” says that I have to wait in line with ALL the other people???? The clicks manager was also of no use.

Mokobe, pharmacist was very rude and sarcastic. I had to forfeit a prescription yet I have never received an sms notification to come collect I just see claims going off my medical aid. Very disappointing encounter.
