Working with a salesman named Keith was very unpleasant and absolutely troublesome. No communication....payment was made in full and we waited over a month for delivery. No communication regarding delivery unless we called and lies upon lies we eventually took the refund. I'd never recommend this company

Great experience. Even through the delivery hiccups the camera warehouse team was very communicative and always kept me in the loop and when the delivery company faltered they made sure i got my order regardless. 10/10 would recommend

I sent an email to enquire if they had a specific camera in stock to be told Yes they do". I immediately placed my order just to receive a phone call from Keith to say he had read my mail incorrectly and sadly did not have stock. I immediately thought this is a scam. Keith said please give him a few days and he will try to find my camera from another supplier which is exactly what he did and I received the camera a few days later. You don't pester them about your order they pester you. I was constantly kept informed and all I can say is Great Service and you will not be sorry buying from them as price and service are great."
