Custom Wood Shop

I sense a chance taker as we paid just under 10k for a Pine wood top that was 30mm thick; 600mm wide and 3600 long.The guy claimed to have completed the work; no cuts made as agreed to fit finishings into the wood.No coats of matt clear, just a raw piece of wood.Oh

- Our order took 3.5 months, and the items were still incomplete.- The first item (table tops) was incomplete, and the second item (butcher's block) was also incomplete.- We asked for a refund for the unfinished work on the table tops and a full refund for the butcher's block. Johan refunded us only approximately 20% of our full invoice.- The owner refuses to speak to us, and we now have to take this through the courts.As someone utilizing small business services as much as possible, I am very disappointed and would not recommend them. Save yourself the hassle!

I have ordered the kitchen island with gas burner top on 5th april with advance payment reuqested to commence the work asap. I have been told to get the delivery with in 21 days...but the unit delivered to me on 26th May. I would rate 5 out 10 for the delivery timeline.The communication was very poor and has never picked up any of my call and also been told to me that I need to wait for 2 days to just get a response of a watsapp message. I would rate 2 out of 10.Quality of few stuff been compromised seems due to last minute rush as I was pushing hard to get the unit delivered once the timeline given to me was overshoot. I have to replace all the wheels underneath by myself. When I asked to rectify, I have been told that they are broken during the transit. The wheels doesnt have proper base or strong platform where it has been installed and plastic wheels were installed instead of rubber ones which are not locakable properly.Value of money perspective wise I would rate 7 out of 10.
