Nice store recently upgraded, the crown spice selection is a little weak,but still a large selection of other bulk products and baking accessories. Good selection of plastic bags as well.

They have great packaging materials and more. Friendly service. Unfortunately the second time that I am here that there is no stock of the packaging materials I need. The friendly staff helped me as always.

I am super happy and satisfied with the service I received from Demza. Placed my order on Friday during the wee hours and my order was delivered on Wednesday morning. My daughter couldn't wait for her cadii and she is super excited now.Ooh I was kept in the loop from the day payment was received to the day delivery was done.Keep it up Demza.

I Used their services earlier this year and got great service! The second time I used their service was Just plain bad....they did go out of their way to post a parcel via Pep for me and do get points for that but That's it..Parcel was posted late therefor delaying my baking The previous time I purchased buckets to put the essences I bought in and it was at least bubble wrapped This time round no bubble wrap and one of the essences lids where not properly screwed on, a supplier fault not shipping fault and thus leaking out in the bucket....The 1 Kg baking powder was reduced to 500g as it was all over everything...Even the Pep counter....I will not be using them again and don't know if I can recommend them after this train smash service......Update: So your making NO attempt to replace the loss of half my Baking powder and the Blueberry Essence I lost due to the lid not being properly screwed on? Great Service!!!

You always get what you're looking for and the prizes are good the quality is the best you don't have to rush from shop to shop everything you want for baking is there

Friendly service. I was able to get everything I was looking for. I will try out the online shop. It can become a bit crowded with limited moving space in between the shelves. But I will visit them again.

The new shop is much more spacious with a big variety of almost anything you need. Their spices are cheaper than other shops. You can find everything you need for a party or baking under this one roof.

They have all you will ever need if you are a baker, or a takeaway stand. Spices chocolate flour cake decoration and packaging. Awesome love them have used them for more than 10 years.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Found the 70mm bottle screw caps I have been looking for, for more than 2 months. Well worth the road trip.

I ordered online... My order was confirmed Thursday and delivered by Saturday!!! Everything neatly packed and met all my expectations.
