MTN Store - Soshanguve Crossing

Very terrible service, I went to apply for a table that was advertised, everything was processed and approved, they told me I will get a call to collect the tablet because they dnt have instore, I had to do follow up... Spoke to Moza on the phone very unprofessional, she kept laughing with people on the other side... She proceeded to tell me the whole of MTN south Africa doesn't have the Huawei tablet which I saw on their pamphlet... Instead she wants me to buy the sumsung... What nonsense is that... If that is not bad I call the customer service and speak to champion service provider" who tells me I cannot escalate this... Worst channels of serves"

Service level at the branch is not up to standard ,visited the branch on Tuesday for new contract and I had to queue for over an hour whereas the people that are working at the mall from other stores just walks in and be the first preferences regardless of the duration we had to wait on the queue can they at least allocate time and list it on the door for those people to be assisted, They should give us an option to understand the procedure instead of queuing for two hours .moreover when it was my turn the consultant was not informative not answering the question ,she's seemed to be distracted by other colleagues, they were just playing around even the topic at hand was inappropriate.

They don't have communication skills, the shop was experiencing network problem but the consultants didn't tell us what's going until we approach them. We waited on the Q for 2 hours.

Very Very bad services I am now still in a que since from 12h00 for sim swap an now the people whom must help us just went out of the store without saying anything. They must get better management to start with the better staff

I did like the service they are very relaxed they do know that we at people have many things to do beside standing in this long lines

The service was terrible and after 3 hours waiting they told me the offline... Won't recommend them at all

I've been to the store on 2 occasions the same week and the store had offline issues every now and then.

The service is terrible, you will wait until Jesus Christ comes and went there three times but I was not assisted. If it was possible I will give zero star.

Bad bad bad bad...service, some guy called kagiso was helping me, he was very useless, he chose a color which is not available in the store which he didn't ask me which color I want. When is time for collection I was told to come back the following day which I will spend more money again going to the store. Another application was made for a new color which I had to wait for it to be approved. So I asked myself why didn't he check whether the color is available or not. What a useless worker.
