Galito's Walkerville Crossing
This place is pathetic. Had problems before, they were always giving me incomplete orders. Thought to give them another chance....big mistake. A chicken place that has no chicken....I mean really!!!Would give it a zero but 1 star is the lowest. Absolutely useless and the staff is very Rude, big attitudes.

Good evening my name is Paul facrie. My wife ordered food for us tonight and I am very sad to say both the price of the food and the order was incorrect . This has now happened numerous times and is very very inconvenient I don't think I will be buying from galitos anymore and. Don't feel comfortable refering this franchise to anyone!

We were on the phone placing an order for collection, when my 2 year old fell and started crying. The lady taking the order obviously heard this happen over the phone. When we went to collect, she had put a little sweetie in for him, and said it was to make him feel better. A simple gesture but one that was really appreciated and will not be forgotten. Epic customer service!

Place was clean and tidy, service was okay. Big letdown on the food. Taste was average, portion of chips was a touch too small for the price I paid. Chicken was dry and stringy, chicken was raw in parts. Chips had a weird taste to them. Wouldn't recommend them unfortunately.

I went there about a month ago. I have never had Galitos chicken so I thought I would give it a try. The manager was so busy shouting at her staff about their slowness and poor customer service that she failed to see me waiting to be served. After 5 minutes of absolutely no one making any effort to serve me I left

Galito's Walkerville Crossing
Customer service and food was amazing the first two times my husband and I went to Galito's Walkerville. Went to the Sasol garage today and received a rude stare and attitude from a worker there. I will not recommend this place after today.Bianca, leave your personal issues at home, don't take it out on potential clients, oh, and wear your mask!
