If I knew there is no maintenance support I would have thought twice about purchasing there diesel generator. Still waiting for a quote after two emails. But guess it comes written on gold paper reading the cost of the call out fee. Disgusting

Purchased 2 of thier 6kva diesel generators which works very well but i noticed one is leaking allot of diesel all over the floor after 2 weeks of my purchase (generator only has 12hours on it). You try and get hold of them but the phone just rings, i sent them an email to which their reply is i must bring it in, after explaining that the generator weighs 155kgs its not that simple to just bring it in I just get ignored. I wouldn't recommend them their after sales service is non existant once they have your money

When purchasing a generator from Bundu power you get promised the world. Back up service within a certain time etc etc etc. My machine is still under warranty, and on Saturday, the reason I purchased a generator was we were with out power again. Not long into the running there was just diesel where ever you looked. In a hurry we switched the generator off causing damage to all the jobs running on the machines. When I phoned the after hour emergency no, I get told that before they will even look at coming out, I have to pay R3500 upfront. Then I lost it. I told the gentleman that the machine is still under a year old and they had better get a technician out immediately. He then told me it won't happen till I pay. After a few words he told me he will get the workshop manager to call me. 48 hours still waiting for the call. It took me to phone a local mechanic who charged me R350 yip R350 to fix it.If this is your attitude towards your customers let it be made known to every one.Disappointed/unhappy customer.G.J.SOEKOE
