Often walked past thinking staff are quite up with their noses, however I recently tried it and was pleasantly surprised, staff was very sweet and accommodating. Hair cut turned out very nice as well. Hope they keep it up continuously.

I think Franco International is great. Treated like a queen from the moment I walk in! Massages, champagne and great service - what a way to spend a Saturday! They're a bit pricey - but perfect for a treat or special occasion.

If you're a guy looking for a decent haircut AVOID THIS SALON. A request for a specific hairstyle will be arrogantly ignored, and upon correction you'll be given some snobbish justification. The stylists here view their male clientele as making a quick buck". The quality of service is not worth the R300 gent's haircut."

The staff aren't very friendly which was so disappointing because I was referred to this place by a friend. I recently bought some products from there, I phoned earlier on in the day to find out if they had a product I was looking for, they had 2 GHD's left, and they gave me a price over the phone, only to get there and tell me that it was R600 more than what they originally gave me... they did eventually give me a discount" If I could "prove" that I had phoned them that day. Not very professional in my opinion."

The amount of money you pay..definitely does not justify the hair do" Ive been there 3 times and the 3rd time was the last time. Every time is over R2 000for short hair tint and foils. The last time I paid R2 635.00....the red color last for not more than a week. I went back to see the stylist it was her day off. I was assured that she will call me..well needless to say it never happened. This salon is overrated...by far"
