Tonkawa Spur Steak Ranch
Food was great. Delivered promptly. View is absolutely unique. Its in a bridge over s busy highway - it has 'impressive' written all over it ! I would advise that the waiters bring the food we ordered in one session. We waited too long while some of us already ate. Thats the only issue. Bar that, this was a very nice experience !

Bad expirience at Tonkwana Spur. First I got an insect in my spinach, secondly got another insect in my daughters drink and small black things. Called the manager on duty who was not really helpful. I think more training is needed on customer care. While my wife was eating we got a third insert in her spinach and I took pictures of it. I will never eat here again my day was just spoiled and I still had to continue with my journey. I just wonder how many other people ate those insects today that were in the spinach and didn’t notice them. It’s a pity I can’t rate you zero, I gave the waiter a tip because of humanity which was not worth the service that we received. I won’t mention names but the male manager on duty today knows all about what happened.

We stay in Naboomspruit and often come to Pretoria. This is a convenient stop for us. Over the past 2 years service has become worse. On our last visit for breakfast we were not asked what type of toast we wanted. Our eggs arrived with no toast. After asking for it we got barely toasted white bread. When asked we got some lame excuse about the toaster. As we all hate cold eggs we ate it. Will no longer stop here. It is as if some staff feel customers stopping here probably won't come again

Great place somehow feels almost like restaurant in the sky. Great place to stop by and have meal before you conclude your long Journey via N1 north to Limps or coming back from it.

Thought we will have a quick stop. Have a ice-cream and go on. Waited 45 minutes for 2 kids half wafels and 2 Sundays. What my wife ordered and what she got is not the same. We ordered Strawberry SundaeGenerous dollops of marshmallow cream, soft serve, fresh strawberries and drizzles of strawberry syrup. We got a late cup with less ice-cream than the kids got with there wafels with a drizzle of milkshake syrup. When we asked if this is correct a manager told us yes and it is new that is why it is not the same as on the menu. Will never make that mistake again.

8 June 2023....I want to thank the Manager Whelemina for her integrity when I left my phone in the bathroom..she found it and kept it safe for me. We were here for breakfast and all personnel were so friendly and efficient.Thanks again Whelhemina Kekana...you are special!!!!

Tonkawa Spur Steak Ranch
The food was so disappointing, my cat's food tastes better. I'll rather stay hungry than eat hear. By the time the food arrived my father complained that I should shave. Would not recommend!
