Do not frustrate yourself to use SA Laundry in Castleview Germiston. The staff member is extremely unpleasant, and seems to get some sadistic pleasure to mistreat elderly white people. They have no sign informing that we may not wash tekkies in the machines. This is her spoken rule. She then wait for the wash to be in progress, remove the items without permission or notification, and I then only realised it after the fact. I removed my other clothes halfway through the was as well and asked for my money back. But considering who I was dealing with, I had a better chance to teach a chicken to ride a bike. This business will in any case loose this money hundred fold. I then took my soaking wet washing to a previously disadvantaged laundry business, and what a huge difference in attitude and service.

I always trust my laundries with this launderete, crews are friendly and helpful.

I have been going there for over 2 years now a never had any problems or treated unfairly.They get all my stars.tge ladies working there are kind, friendly and helpful.Godbless them all.

My experience was horrible with stone arch launderette, I got shouted at for not understanding Zulu, and their machines don't work properly especially the dryer, it doesn't dry the clothes completely and when i complained I was told that i should have added more money for the clothes to completely dry off, which was not communicated at the very start, the lady with chiskop is very rude and unpolite... unfortunately I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
