Firstly your services are poor and you do not value your customers. The only people who get immediate attention are those who have money or who have a reputed reputation. we had contacted your company multiple times in different days to get more information about our vehicle and and trying to fetch our car on the day we had agreed on but we were mislead every time.I do not recommend this company at all and I am so disappointed. I have struggled the past month without my vehicle and this Is unacceptable.

I would like to thank Glasfit for their incredible and professional service. Our vehicle's (work) window had come off the track. As a result, a service request was logged and Glasfit was the merchant recommended. I called to explain what needed to be done- a pleasant lady on the other side of the phone asked that we bring the vehicle over for an assessment. Upon doing so, they repaired the window and asked that we cancel any service request as they will not be invoicing us for the repair. Such professionalism is rare nowadays. Thank you Renette and team. Literally 10 out of 5 stars from me! Highly recommend!

Most pathetic company I've dealt with. I had dealt with a lady by the name of karen ,she rather argue with the customer than dealing with the problem at hand. Even Insisting she's right...when the problem was created by her....her customer service and ethics are ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.I dont recommend anyone going here at all.

From the moment we first made contact - to the moment they told me the windscreen was replaced and the vehicle ready for collection there was nothing but absolute brilliant service.Renette in the accounts department is the star of the show. She got everything done and was updating us constantly.7/5 would recommend
