Jazmax Malvern

My husband got in contact with one of the agents from Jazmax Malvern, Vineshree or Dineshree, one of it. He made an arrangement for her to come to our home to discuss the process of the selling of our property ( we already had an agent from another agency come in the day before). She comes in, and just starts taking pictures without even asking permission to do so, she comes in with the idea of putting the house on the market. Doesnt explain anything, We didn't even give her a go ahead she said she will go do her homework on the area...which in fact could have been done prior as she already knew where we are ...she didn't even attempt to communicate anything with us. We tried asking questions but she was very unprofessional and seemed to be in a hurry. Her answers were one word answers and she had a blank look on her face when we were asking questions. Very disappointed with Jazmax. I would recommend that you be more professional.... even though the commission percentage is lower with Jazmax I'm taking my business to a company that has a higher commission % because of the excellent and quality service we received from them. The lady from the other company sat over 20minutes in my home, answering questions and giving a rundown of everything and was willing to go over everything again, but the Jazmax agent, walks in and out in under 5minutes, Ridiculous!

We are in the market to buy a house, i see one that i would like to view and try contact the agent, - Kyle. And both the land number and cell phone number are incorrect, so i google Jazmax Malvern, and a cell number is provided, and he says he will get an agent to contact me, and still nothing. Service is outrageously poor. I would not trust them to list my house, You will be losing potential profit on your home.

Absolutely disgusting service. After signing the Otp, I was told that they have no more dealings with me until the handover. All dealings must be directly with the conveyensor. During handover there was rubble lying around the yard. The grass had not been cut. The house was filthy, especially the bathroom. The toilet was disgusting. The the basin tap was leaking. Outside drains blocked . 2 weeks after taking occupation it had still not been sorted out and the agent Candyce was ignoring meNever ever use this agency
