Daniel and Luyanda were extremely professional and punctual. Due to it's age, I honestly had little to no hope of the tumble dryer being fixed but they had it up and running in the blink of an eye! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. Called out to repair my beloved AEG gas stove.was quoted a really reasonable price to replace the element. Jean and Walter were the epitome of professionalism. Exceptionally happy with the quality and level of service received by the Fixitt team.

I am happy with this service! Starting with the fact that they loaned me a washing machine temporarily while mine was being fixed was amazing! Down to their staff Lyson and Solium who were professional. They doubled checked and ensured my machine was well installed before leaving. Thumps up!

Would not recommend, read previous reviews to see many complaints! This crowd is unresponsive and unprofessional.Initial onboarding was amazing. Highly responsive and on time for the assessment but that is where it ends. After we paid the initial amount to secure the parts which had waiting periods. This company ignored emails, even after sending 3 separate emails were sent just to ensure the correct parts were ordered to address the problem of the machine. 9 business days later we got an email to say the parts has arrived, again we asked 2 questions: does the part fix our main problem and confirm of repair SLA and when unit collection would be done. It's been another 3 days and still nobody has replied.Not to mention including the whole company in customer communication and sending emails in error. Reference: 54750Update to the above: We were offered a loan washing machine which wasn't in the best condition but it did help to do washing whilst our machine was in the repair. Received our washing machine back and its working well.If you do decide to go with this crowd - be prepared to do plenty of calls and checking up and be ready to receive surprise pick up or delivery of your unit.

I have never been treated with more disrespect or felt as humiliated in an exchange with service provider. as long as I can remember, the consultant/reception Simba was condescending, rude and completely inappropriate in both his words and tone to me. I am shocked!

Fast response on online query.Good communication.Professional technicians found fault quickly and had part available to repair immediately. Due to loadshedding we couldn't test, but I received a follow up call to ensure all in order.Very happy!
