Their technical support service is very poor from my experience. Called them, said I must mail they will call me back, two follow up mails from me, no response. This is very poor service and in my mind unacceptable.

Poor after sales service. My vivoactive 4s is 3 years old and needed a new battery. Was quoted R2600 for a new battery that only has a 3 month guarantee. Takealot is selling a brand new watch for R3499. Make it make sense? Charging your loyal customers a fortune to fix things that shouldn't be breaking so soon is exactly how you lose customers.

I have ordered items, paid R6097,00 on 25 January - you never confirmed if you have received the payment, only after I have lost it 27 January you Jamaine Mphahlele finally decided to respond to my email, then you promised it is packed and ready to send off and I will receive my tracking details before the end of 27 January. Up to now you have still NOT mailed me anything!! Why must I keep nagging you after I have paid a lot of money to get service, update and confirmation from you. If I do not get my goods delivered latest 2 February I will take legal action against you!! This is a lot of money to just throw away!!

Dear Garmin Customer Support Team,I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from Garmin SA. My experience has been extremely frustrating and I have not received any feedback regarding my inquiry.To be honest, I am shocked at the level of customer support I have received and I am not sure how Garmin SA has the agency in South Africa. The lack of communication and responsiveness has left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with my repairs.

Garmin is a fantastic brand. We own multiple Edge and Fenix devices in our household.The support however from Garmin SA is extremely poor. 13 weeks to sort out a simple warranty issue. The devices are great, just pray that you never need support from the Garmin SA. A bad customer experience from start to finish for every single day of the more than three months it took for them to sort out the problem.

Took them 2 weeks to finally review the repair. Gave me a quote without explaining what needs to be replaced. I need a report for my insurance. They responded about 2weeks after I have sent the request on email. And only send half the information I needed. When I phone, there is either a long line, or they are already closed, even though I phoned before their closing time. When a lady answered she was rude, put me on hold while I am still busy taking to her. Finally got all the necessary after almost 4 weeks.I am so disappointed with their service.

What does it take for you guys to answer a phone?I ordered a watch, paid as soon as I received the proforma invoice, sent the POP to the debtors department, I am FNB you are FNB it cleared immediately and yet I have heard nothing from you and now I have tried numerous times to phone and not one person can pick up the call.
