Excellent service. Quick turn around. I needed a simple design on a sports shirt which Declan and the team did in less than 48hrs. Very pleased with the result.

Whilst I do believe that these guys know what they are doing, customer service is certainly not part of their repertoire. Arrogance & attitude are words that come to mind. Overall quite an unpleasant experience as such I struggle to recommend this business.

Jarrad and the team at Red Hot Design are AMAZING! They designed a t-shirt exactly to my request for my son's school public speaking performance. Jarrad was so professional, helpful with his advice and kept in touch regularly with me about how the design was progressing. The final result was fantastic! My son and I can't thank you enough Red Hot Design!

Although these guys are pretty busy and may require a bit of follow up, the final product they deliver is indeed very well worth the price.I definite love the garments and caps I got made/printed/embroidered by them and I will return for more very certainly.I was going to give 4 stars as I had to follow up a fair bit to get the job done but with covid times, work from home, isolation requirements etc. it’s easy to get snowed under. I do hope they are able to improve further on communications/response time but the quality and overall product I’ve received is very well worth the 5 stars.Thank you.

Went to get a quote and was told that minimum order was 5 deicide to go a head with the order a week later and was then told minimum order was now 10, even though I was holding the piece of paper which said 5. Would not recommend if you only have a small order ended up going with another company who had no problem with a small order.

We've ordered from Red Hot Design multiple times now and have always received amazing service and quality. Can definitely recommend their services and we'll be ordering again for sure!!

Absolute disaster. Was quoted for digital printing with specific style of shirts which we provided only to later be told they can't be digitally printed and will need to be transfers which will cost more money than what we were quoted (frustrating yet understandable).We then paid for the transfers and were told we would have them back within 10 business days despite the original agreed timeline being less. After the 10 business days had passed I called to find out what was happening, only to be advised that they haven't even received the transfers yet and thus the job hasn't even started and they have no idea when they will received them.Very disappointed as we are on a schedule to get these completed for a customer and now can not meet that deadline.

A great, efficient experience from start to finish with a stellar end product.I contacted Red Hot for a quote on 30 shirts, screen printed front and back, well before my design was complete and they (Tobi, specifically) were quick to respond to all my questions. When I was eventually ready to order the invoice was identical to the quote, and the shirts were done within days. Most importantly, the final product looks amazing.I would absolutely recommend them based on this experience.

Far better quality T-shirts. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced staff. High quality printing work. Couldn't believe my luck, finding them 500M from my front door! My birthday present this month is 2 more, and while I'm there I'm ordering another 3!
