As a loyal Game customer at your Worcester BranchToday was the last time I set foot in your store,The Manager (Martin) insisted that I, the customer bring him a physical print out of the item found cheaper in order to do a price beat of a Karcher High Pressure washer.Your cashier also mentioned that you usually do print outs for the customers from your store, but maybe only for certain customers?I have read your T&Cs and absolutely no where does it state I need to bring you a print out.I have purchased everything I own from you and this is how you chose to treat me today.Ungrateful you are as a Manager of a store.I gladly went to Builders and purchased the item at the same price of your special".Your loss

Well stocked and priced, but can be hard to find a staff member to help you at times. Edit *I now changed my review to one star, as customer service is pretty much non existent in this store. I have since walked out of this store as I was waiting for 45 min for a staff member to help me with an appliance I wanted to buy. This person was called by phone, fetched by other staff, and still no show. Found out he was taking a smoke break afterwards. Seems nobody else are willing to help in any department other than their own. I can honestly say I am so done with this store, and will never buy anything there again. I can only imagine if it is this hard to give them my money, how hard it will be to get a problem resolved should it arise. If you want to buy an appliance, go to Leaders instead. Much better service and quality.

Yesterday, I bought 5 boxes of a certain Dinner Set at the Worcester Mall Game branch and asked 4 of the staff members to please check each box for any damage, cracks etc, 3 of them confirmed they have checked each item. I opened the boxes when I got home and 3 of the 5 boxes were damaged with cracks and chipped items. This was suppose to be used for a business. I came from far, to return these will cost just as much money in fuel. This is unacceptable.

We moved back to Worcester 2 months ago but oh my gosh I have never seen such bad service anywhere as in this Game Store. Rude and lazy staff. Wanted to buy fans for the house but after experience with your staff we went to Builders Warehouse and bought everything there with friendly and curtious staff. A one star rating is much to high for this store.

Always nice to browse the aisle.Hardware section is always particularly interesting.I can plan what i would like to buy and compare to what i already have.In the sports section it is nice to test the equipment and to see the difference between the items.Pumping some weights and fooling around with the camping chairs is also a good past time.

I visited the shop to buy some patio chairs. There were a big variety to choose from. The problem was that only a few of the chairs were priced and nobody in attendance to help with the other prices. Standing around for 10 minutes, I was offered help by someone passing by with a trolley. He went to fetch a scanner, scanned the 4 different chairs I was interested in, and left. I did buy 2 chairs. The price and quality was good. The customer servise was not.

I would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately the option is not available. In all probability THE most useless store.I am calling, or at least trying to get my phonecall answered, to BUY a washing machine of more or less R6000. Eventually the call gets answered and put through to a guy named Malcolm". Only he's not there. He also either does not get the messages or he doesn't do call backs.I decided to take my money and spend it at a privately owned furniture store. You know
