Dis-Chem Pharmacy Sunward Centre - Boksburg

This review is a question to management. I was in the Sunward centre yesterday and this store was one that was hit by a armed gunmen who went into the store and robbed both customers and staff. I did not see any trace of security measures that the store has in place in the event of such unfortunate occurrences. How is the store protecting its customers and staff, why is there no panic button in the front end of the store as well as in the back? Or does your organisation not value its customers and staff enough to do anything more than have a security guard at the door. What is even more baffling to me is that the store is open today, my heart goes out to your staff, as the event was extremely traumatising.

We have ordered medicine for delivery on several occasions during the past 2 months since our entire household tested positive for Covid-19. We had to wait till the next day for delivery, sometimes even 2 days. Understandably, a lot of people are sick. What beats my mind though is why Dischem only has ONE DRIVER??? I order from Checkers and my package arrives in less than an hour, but I have to wait TWO DAYS FOR MEDICINE??? I order from Mr. D and my food arrives in less than an hour, but not crucial medicine. Dis chem needs to seriously up their delivery game.

I just came from Dischem Sunward Centre, I know we were late to get out of the store but Zanele was arguing with me and saying I am embarrassing myself because I am in Dischem late. If I were a white customer she was never going to treat me like that. I am very disappointed with Dischem Sunward Center. Horrible experience and service I don't appreciate it

Wait more than 20 min for the nurse and a staff member to finish their private conversation that is suppose to happen over tea time and then it took the nurse 50 min to complete my baby Record book. I have never struggled in the past with this. Poor customer service. I DO NOT reccommend this clinic.

If I was able to give Retail park and Sunward park an minus 1million rating I would. Most pathetic service I have received from dischem. HQ put me on hold for 29min.

Silly guy by the name Themba is so full if himself. Judgemental and think he know it all while being rude to customers. Asked for manager but she was just like him and serve nonsense as customer services. Got to cashiers they wer just all over laughing out loud with no one calling next. Horrible ridiculous Dischem branch I have ever experienced in my life. Save your money and time never go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here to get some medication.. there was literally three people in front of me but I had to wait for 30 minutes in the queue because nothing was moving even with three counters open. At one point the customers resolved to moving the queue to an area that the staff could see so that they could see it was increasing and move a bit faster and that's when the queue actually started moving. Terrible experience.

Not the first time. Wrong prices under items on shelves. Guess who's fault is it not theirs. Ok but next time I will leave the item at the till and not even tell the manager because it was not the first time with him seeing as a joke it is surely not the last. Buy buy never again.

Stock outages for months on an asthma pump. I was told there are no stock in the whole of South Africa . I went up the road to an independent pharmacy and got 2. Please stop lying to customers if you did not order the relevant product (2 months)
