Very neat estate, which is to be expected for the price of the units and rental amount. The ability to find visitors parking during non-peak hours is quite frustrating, however.

NEVER USE - Noleen Kutash will steal your money and deliver you a broken product. Full review post via images. On 13 August 2017 I purchased two Bamileke Stools via Noleen Kutash from Phases Africa. IThe total cost to myself was £1,200 or R23,000.I received delivery on 8 September 2017 and both of the stools were broken, one shattered to pieces and the other with large cracks from top to bottom in multiple places on the stool. The packaging that the stools arrived in was one thin cardboard box, a few pieces of crumbled newspaper and one thin layer of small bubble wrap. After receiving the broken stools I contacted Noleen to advise of the position. She immediately blamed the handling of the items and provided no assurance that she would resolve the issue to ensure that I would receive new stools free of charge as replacements or be issued a refund. Instead, she told me that this was an ‘unsettling experience’ for her to have a displeased customer. From the images and packaging of the parcels it is clear that the stools broke due to Noleen’s negligence in packing them with adequate packing for international transit. As a company that supplies furnishings which are fragile in nature is only stands to reason that their duty as a company is to provide the customer with a functional and intact piece of furniture. The responsibility and burden is upon them to ensure that they package the furniture with the correct international standard of packaging to ensure that is arrives safely and is not broken in transit. If it does arrive broken then the company has failed in their duty to deliver and replacement products or a full refund should be issued. If Noleen had not acted negligently and packaged the parcels correctly when the items would not have been broken in transit even if they had received a little more ‘tough’ handling than normal. So since September I have been sitting with two broken stools which have cost me £1,200 and a business women who is refusing to accept responsibility and provide an alternative. If I purchased the stools again she refused to re-send them with the correct or as she referred to my standards of packing, so they would have broken again and she was not going to send me a refund. I had to wait for the insurance of R10,000 to be paid out to receive an answer from her. On 25 October 2017 I received an email from Noleen stating that the Insurance money of 90% total amount at R9,000 had been paid into her account and the only way she would transfer this money to me is if I accept this payment as full and final settlement of the dispute. See email in this review. This is now blackmail and fraudulent behaviour as the insurance money belongs to myself. She has an obligation to pay me back the R9,000 regardless of any dispute as a minimum. I replied stating I was not happy with her answer, since then I have not received one read receipt and she has blocked international landline calls from the United Kingdom. I have contacted shipping providers who paid out the insurance money and they are appalled by her behaviour and have stated they will try to contact her to get her to pay the insurance money and if not then they suggest to contact the police and try and recover my money via Interpol.Needless to say this has been the worst experiences I have ever had with purchasing from a company, I have two broken stools, lost £1,200 in money and now had £500 stolen from me insurance money. Noleen has profited and taken £1,700 of my money and not delivered any products and is not accepting any responsibility for her actions and negligence. The fact that she has not blocked any contact from myself and has not paid the £500 insurance money is disgraceful.

I always enjoy doing business with Phases Africa whose quality products and superb service are beyond reproach. The owner's integrity and care make dealings with her secure and a pleasure. It is a business I can recommend to any person any time and I do.As the owner of a boutique hotel in Johannesburg, I am often asked for a reference by house guests and decorators. Like me, they are content and happy with the service.

Visited a friend. Lovely landscaping and visitors centre. Good views and excellent leisure centre. Many eating places across the road. Not easy to find one's way around the estate. More signage would be good like 'exit'!

This place is fantastic. Lifestyle centre has a gym and movie room and wine cellar you can book. Nice paths to walk on. Fiber internet at decent prices.Only issues are lack of visitors parking, and that the guards will call you from a telephone line you can't hear them on because the line is so bad.

The estate is too big to cater to all the residents needs. There are too many external visitors who make it difficult to enjoy the place, especially during summer. Too many children loiter around during the day as well as evening.
