I love PEP stores! As children grow so quickly it's a waste of money to buy their clothes at expensive store. I always find amazing deals at PEP.

Just got the worst treatment at your store a few minutes ago, I was assisted by a cashier named Nyiko. She expected me to go look for a price tag of a 'planter tray' I was buying at the time. Since I told her that the items do not have prices tag on them. She instead opted to assist the guy behind me and when I complained of what she had done. She went on to insult me and yell at me.

Unfriendly, staff mopped the floors in peak time, so when we tried to walk around the wet floor, they had a mouth full to say. I will never shop there again.

Got the WORST service from cashier Dorcas. She's rude, literally threw my ID document on my face after a 2nd attempt to assist me with a pep store card. 1st her keyboard was locked and she yelled, looking all frustrated till her colleague Zanele unlocked it for her. The very same Zanele ended up assisting me while she continued yelling, while other staff tried calming her down. She has SERIOUS attitude problems! I'm very disappointed
