Well stocked and the pharmacists are always very helpful. Can't say the same for the tellers or the supervisors though - rude and disinterested in their job!

Called in to Dischem Lifestyle this morning to take advantage of the 20% discount offered on Aramis. But alas, the small print says anything already discounted will not be further reduced by the advertised 20%. So the 110ml Eau de Toilette is now offered at R1 100 - but it's original price is R1140 - so by taking off less than 4%, they have cunningly avoided the 20% discount. The smaller sizes have also been previously discounted, and the After Shave does not apply as it is not a fragrance. So in effect, there was NOTHING to which the 20% discount applied. False advertising in my opinion. Very disappointing.

1st time ever dealing with this branch, extremely disappointing service, phoned to be connected with pharmacy to confirm a script. I was transferred through to pharmacy kept ringing - twice both times disconnected, third time asked to speak to the Manager David put through then disconnected. The calls automatically disconnects when no one picks up - This in now the 4th time no response. 5th time Busi Ngcobo eventually took my number to walk over to pharmacy ………. I thought I would get the same outstanding service that I always receive at the WESTWOOD MALL BRANCHI was looking for a minus star no such luck on the rate and review page

This morning some battery failed and I tried to pay R48 for an item but no till working. Could not take cash nor zapper. Somebody please explain this useless management

Super helpful Pharmacists really friendly. In and out in no time due to their efficiency.Store is absolutely massive and is pretty well stocked up .... clean store very well maintained.Would not mind going there again. Decently priced as far as large retail franchises go.

Very busy so expect to wait in line. Got a vitamin b shot and the lady who assisted was so friendly and awesome! The main pharmacist behind the prescription desk wasn't very helpful though as she couldn't answer some questions I had about certain medications. Overall, they've got everything you need and service isn't bad.

Always unpleasant shopping here, especially after work, since this branch staff starts preparing to close from around 1 to 2 hours before closing time. So if you go there or phone them for something you are unlikely to get any joy before closing time. My wife just called them 20 minutes prior to closing time for a OTC pain tablet. The person who took the call said they don't know what she is talking about despite spelling out Tensopyn. You also get a very unwelcoming feel there close to closing.They also need more pharmacists and to keep stock like other Ballito Junction branch
