Helpful service but the generator had a lose engine mounting, the one rubber foot fell off as well as a breather pipe not connected with I all fixed.I informed them without even an acknowledgement.

I would like to commend ProtSurv for the efficient service i received when i had my dumpy level calibrated. The calibration was carried out very quickly. In particular i would like to thank and commend Amanda Janse van Rensburg for excellent customer service. She was friendly and helpful and i especially appreciated her regular feedback on email . She also assisted with having the dumpy levels for Watch Tower Society pushed ahead in the workload due to our time restraint. Excellent.

Very poor after sales..I've had so many issues with a machine, they started after 3 uses. I'm told it's ware and tear. They say I should be happy they fixed the machine every time it has had issues. What a joke I'm sure.
