I had a very minor issue with my guitar, which JD sorted out in no time. But the thorough professionalism and great customer service is really commendable. I'll definitely bring my guitar in again if it ever has any issues and also for it to be setup. Great place, and great and friendly staff!.

This gentlemen know what they are doing. They always advice on whats best, they always clean the instrument, like clean. Will be definitely going back for a pro setup on my bass guitar.

Incredible service, I needed a guitar fixed urgently for a gig that weekend but they were booked solid for the week, after explaining the issue, they said the team could quickly do it while I wait. Not only did they fix the problem but because it was so quick they said it was on the house. Cannot recommend JD customs enough!!! there have been multiple times that they have helped me in a pinch.
