I think some serious revamp is required here. On 21/02/2023, at around 21:00. I went to buy my favorite 3-piece of pap via the so-called drive-through. The lady said at the drive-through that the pap is finishing, okay fine then though it was said in a smug fashion which made me doubt her response. This was my first problem, the second problem is now I'm stuck in a supposed to be drive-through for a full 30min for absolutely nothing because there is no other way out of this line of cars waiting to be assisted on the second window to collect their orders. Can you imagine the frustration of waiting for absolutely nothing, half an hour with slow service and worse I'm not even waiting for service. I was already service bad smug by the pay point and all I need now was just to get out of here but there is no way out,I'm stuck. What an experience i had. From time to time I always experience bad service, and the main problem is that it's close to residence, it's convenient but i had to drive far out for better service and I get the best service in other KFC like in parow. I min the best cooked pap n also best service unlike this nonsense I always get here in Goodwood KFC. I don't know maybe I'm just badluck with them.

Fast service and super friendly staff!The dining in area is not as big as other KFCs but it compensates that with a good view of the Voortrekker road.

The dunked wings were just way too spicy than normal. The waiting time for the food was unusually long.

First time experiencing loadshedding in KFC. They had generators going. Long queue as it's month-end AND boeka time.But the staff was sorted. At the door someone told you they only accept cash, which is very considerate. Then another was taking orders down the queue. By the time you got to the till to pay the waiting time was like 2 to 3 minutes!! There were two packing the orders and another calling out your order number (still find annoying though) but it works I guess.Brilliant teamwork guys! Our chicken was fresh and tasty! Well done to the team on duty and thank you for a pleasurable experience!!

One waits long forecourt food, but it's worth it. The food was cooked well, and the sid breast was generous in size.

Every visit i go there i have to say that they always forget to add something. Never give the correct things. Not sure if i will go back. Only been there 3 times.

The drive through never operates properly like it uses now the orders takes extra long n the food is not that great the staff need to go for more training... they all having their own convo with each other... not cool if u in the service industry
