I don't love it but I don't hate it...For those of you that have read a few of my reviews, you guys know that customer service is everything to me...Build-It Mitchell's Plain, DO NOT have customer service..I will rather drive from Mitchell's Plain to the Ottery branch just because of their customer service, taking the time to see if you need help, asking you questions to find out what it is you actually want to do and workout a way that is more cost effective for you.The nicest people at Mitchell's Plain branch are the ones taking your money,,, You even have to wait for the security to finish his non work related conversation before he checks and stamps your receipt.. Disgusting☹️

If there was a minus star I would give it a minus star . I went there to exchange a tool (Chisel) that I used once that broke. The manager refused to exchange it for me. I mean it is a tool it's meant to last for a long time. Be quite cautious when you buy a tool at this Build it Mitchell's Plain.
