I visited the Phelan factory in person today for the the first time. Oh my goodness was it a treat to experience these beauties in real life. Comfort, style and value for money all included in the proudly South African product. I have found a store that will be my go to for shoes from now on!

Seriously the best service ever. I enquired about a shoe and they had no stock and they made up a shoe for me in half a week. The service was fantastic , fast and efficient and super friendly!!!! Thank you guys. I will be shopping here in future.

Went into this wonderful shop today. Shoes are absolutely gorgeous I could have bought a lot of pairs as the styles are beautiful. The assistant was very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this shoe shop although to my husband's disappointment the don't do men's shoes. ☺️
