Useless. They never even responded to my calls and hooting while I waited outside their home .business run from chaos garage I rather pay same or slightly more And go to a proper business where I have recourse if the repair not done properly. What recourse do I have from a sme run from home ????

Very poor service. When the guys came to pick up my washing machine the driver just drove away while I was asking questions. Then when my machine came back after going in to get the drum cleaned, it came back extreamely dirty. After the service my timer when off, the rince cycle just never use to end. Called just appliances several times to have it sorted out and I'm still waiting for that to happen, 3 weeks now!!

They over charged me for a washingmachine motor. I advertised for a Hisence motor and it's not a Hisence motor.I have only been given a two months guarantee. It still makes a noice. They blocked my number. I am going to take this matter further.
