Had such a good experience with Ryan from Fresh Timber. The custom wooden box I ordered exceeded my expectations! Upon delivery I discovered a hand-written note to say thanks, which adds a special touch to the already beautiful piece of wood, which was transformed into something magical and packaged carefully with lots of bubble wrap to protect it from any damage. I would definitely recommend and use Fresh Timber again. Thanks a lot.

I commissioned Fresh Timber to make a custom personalised wedding ring box. Alison was very prompt & professional with communication, which was not so easy because I was ordering the gift for my daughters wedding from Australia. They went above & beyond to have it ready and delivered on time for their wedding. Even the packaging was impressive. My daughter & new son-in-law were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship, beauty of the timber and engraving. It was a pleasure doing business with Fresh Timber. Thank you Alison & Ryan.

I cannot recommend this company enough!! Ryan did an absolute amazing job with my custom ring box. From the beginning he was very helpful with regards to discussing what I wanted and the best material and approach to get the right look.
