I really enjoy my yoga classes in this peaceful and beautiful setting. Judy is great as she treats each pupil as if they are her dearest friend. The thing I like most about Judy's classes is that she is so knowledgeable amount medical ailments. She tells me which pose to do and not to do according to my body, and tells me how I could adjust/develop poses according to my past injuries.

Judy is an incredible teacher. She gets the perfect balance of helping you improve and push yourself, without overextending or injuring yourself. She really helped me improve my technique and alignment. The setting with the sound of the birds and sea is also stunning and calming. Would recommend to anyone of any age or yoga level.
