I work in a customer service and it pains to see stuff who doesn't care of their customers, looking depressed and demotivated all the time. The return counter's service is very terrible, you need to beg and wait for the services like you never paid, no options are given for exchange or refund.My family and friends now prefer GAME Stores from suburb areas for better services where there is TCF.

Decent shopping experience. Tellers work quite fast even during month end. Area's of improvement? Well I think they need more of those big trolleys, plus some are badly damaged.

I’m so upset and disappointed with Jabulani mall game..How can they refuse to do an exchange nor a refund on something that has proof of purchase. The excuses that they give for not refunding or exchanging is very lame.The customers service is very poor.

If you want to get frustrated, unhappy and angry then this is the perfect place to go to where a staff member would say to you ( i am busy ) when you ask for some help about something at their store. They are so rude and unprofessional that they have to be sent to a special training academy. This will change their behaviour towards customers who bring money into the shop so they can get a salary. The service is so ugly at Game Jabulani in Soweto.
