0 star, I wouldn't recommend Samsung to anyone, had a problem with a charging port, sent it for the first time got repaired, it did the same thing again sent it again, they said I should pay R3500 for the repair, while my phone was still under warranty, 2 of my friends have the same problem as well of the charging port, my phone came back not repaired I'll never buy Samsung ever again.

horrible attitude from branch manager .he has an attitude and believe he is a dictator.THIS IS A HORRIBLE ASHLEN. its consumers that rotates the wheel of this outlet.these staff memebers should go to woolworths and to their branches and learn customers services .managers like this pillay believes he owns SAMSUNG .HE HAS NO SKILL AND CARE IN ADDRESSING CUSTOMER SERVICES .ITS CUSTOMERS LIKE US WALK INTO THE SHOP TO PURCHASE NOT HAVE BAD SERVICES.YOUR POSITION AT THIS COMPANY IS FOR YOUR STAFF AND NOT FOR YOU TO SHOW AUTHORITY OVER CUSTOMERS .WE ARRIVED AS CUSTOMERS AND SHOULD HAVE SHOWN RESPECT TO ANY CUSTOMER .NEVER JUDGE A PERSON APPEARANCE.NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A COMMON MAN.I WONDER WHAT TRAINING YOU BEING THRU TO BE BRANCH MANAGER.SCHOOKING YOUR ATTITUDE GIVES THE BRAND A BAD NAME.

Don't buy Samsung. We bought a freezer and it was problematic immediately. We bought Samsung expecting quality and good service but got conned. It's pathetic that a brand new freezer was faulty and not repaired.They promised to fix it many times from the first month but never did. It's been 2 years and we have lost so many food items. Samsung refused to acknowledge its problem and sent it back everytime without fixing it. It's just defrosted again and we lost food items again. And they refuse to fix it. Don't waste your money. Buy from a company that will give you a quality product.

I wish I could give it no stars, Samsung Pavillion branch is a disgrace. Their service is abysmal, they are unhelpful, rude and turning customers away so they don't have to do their job. Unless you're buying something, they won't bother with you. Rather go to Gateway where they have standards.

I have been trying to purchase the i pods for my S22 ultra and most of the stores in KZN do not have stock!!! This is now over 3 months....This is just very inconvenient when the phone comes with nothing and i got no choice but to purchase this on my own accord.Very unhappy with Samsung stores around KZN....

Called the store for advice. Spoke with Chante . SHE WAS EXCEPTIONAL ON HER PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND OFFERED TO KEEP THE PRODUCT ASIDE. I CAME IN TO TUE STORE YESTERDAY . SHE ALSO POINTED PUT OTHER PRODUCTS. I CAME IN TODAY TO ENQUIRE MORE AND AGAIN HER PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS EXCEPTIONAL COMPARED TO OTHER stores I had visited. I made my purchase and she did an exceptional job of applying the products on my phone.
