Again I had poor service from this store. And the SHUCS group just doesn't care. As long as they are making money.Last time I was a victim if racism as the floor manager didn't want to call the store manager because I was white and wanted to complain about how I was treated by a member of their staff.This time, I scored a deal on their cheese. Getting 2x 2.5 kg blocks of cheese for under R100.Yes this was a lucky deal due to a staff member accidently putting the wrong price on. As a person who cares, I spike to a floor manager asking about the price, which he confirmed was not correct, but allowed me to take both blocks at that price.The issue was that this floor manager forced his staff member to apologise" in an attempt to get me not to buy the cheese. You can find items easily. It's clean. You can buy most of your monthly products here. There are isles that contain paint and brushes and general fixing appliances for small jobs in the home.

For starters, this store gives the impression of being dirty, untidy and exceptionally noisy with staff members talking and laughing at the tops of their voices amongst themselves while on the job, completely ignoring the customers in front of them.The staff members picking out groceries for Sixty60 make the shopping experience miserable for everyone else as they speed down the aisles and turn corners without checking to see who might be in their way, forcing shoppers to frantically duck and dive to avoid being mowed down and elbowing customers out of the way when they need to get to a product. There are also NEVER enough basket trolleys because they are being held on to by the Sixty60ers in front of the store.And what's with the escalator to the upper floor that has been out of order for years??Discipline and training is badly needed in this store.
