I am.very dissapointed at the level of service provided by this store. I used them a while ago and they were helpful. They now gave me a wrong mix of colours and when I came Back to discuss they were just cutting me off and just said I must decide what to do. The paint mixer is very rude and the person that picked up. the phone was just arrogant and just said he can't change what happened he is not interested I must just decide what i want todo.I am really dissaponted about this service It's arrogance to the highest degree. Sad part is they are not client centric and not willing to assist.Product is good but the service is dissapointing

Sales lady has no telephone etiquette, a quote couldn't be provided. Emailed several times for a quote. They obviously don't need the business.
