teach your store manager susan some customers service manners.SHE HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS HER CUSTOMERS AND STAFF.HAPPY STAFF = HAPPY CUSTOMERS.THIS SHOP IS PATHEIC UNCLEAN .THE BUTCHERY AND NAKERY HAS A HUGH PROBLEM IN HYGIENE BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT SEEMS THE AREA MANAGER HAS NO CONTROL OVER HIS STAFF AT THIS CHECKERS.THIS susan wont last a day at virgina or the hillcrest stores.

I would have given Checkers another Star as I have always had good service and I have found the staff is friendly & helpful, unfortunately the parking situation is a challenge at the best of times, this due to ongoing renovations for what seems like a lifetime already!
