Honestly speaking I don't understand why it even exists, they never have change, they're service is horrible and to top it all off they don't have a generator and in the times we are living in especially in South Africa, it is important that they have it. Honestly wish I could give it negative stars!

how must a person get ahold of you if you dont answer the phone i placed an order for delivery the app said delivered but we havent recieved our order???

These were delivered, ordered from Ubereats. These are not even dunked but drizzled with sauce, I would not have expected this in person, hence my disappointment in the service delivered.

Very long queue, only one person at the till and yet so many staff members in front looking busy but not sure what they are busy doing because the queues.Please give your customers the dignity and respect that we deserve. Don't make us queue like we are queuing for donated food.Does this outlet have a manager? It doesn't seem like.
