Melcolm Govender lacks customer service skills. I was refused assistance , his phone was more important than seeing to a customer in front of him. I was still asked to sit and wait to see another consultant who was busy with another customer while Melcolm was available. Terrible Service.

Very bad service plus no answer the phone no communication what so ever ended cancelling before I even got it saw they true colour rate them a 0 wouldn't advice anyone to use this store

Horrible experience that guy Mohammed is not helpful. The lady was just as bad. I am due for an upgrade won't be going there. Shocking service in these times where everyone is uping standards to improve business.
