Just got home after fetching my car. For over R6 000 for a new battery and spark plugs I assumed I could expect someone to show me to my car. Nah, they swiped my card, handed me my keys and said your car is outside in the parking lot. A parking lot that was around the corner outside the gate. Well, on the bright side my car is working again, but do I know what they did or what additional work she needs? That's a hard no. Felt more like a shady deal than a car service. Lady at the desk was sweet enough to chat about the weather though.

I am very pleased with the service I received from EM Service Centre particularly Holger who not only provided me with professional advice but who also saved me from making a grave error in purchasing something that was not required.

My partner and I dealt a lot with EM service centre regarding our second hand Mahindra bakkie (which had some issues we needed their help with). Michelle and Holger were always transparent and honest in each interaction with us and gave advice where needed. Their prices are also very good. Even when the Mahindra was in an accident and insurance had to inspect the vehicle, EM services were kind enough to let the vehicle be taken to them for inspection to aid insurance with their assessment. I cannot thank them enough for all the extra care they apply to working on our vehicles and the fact that they will always go the extra mile - even if they don't have to. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent honest service, I have never had problems with any of the repairs that they have carried out for me, I will only use them. Holger the owner is extremely knowledgeable and has never given me bad advice.

I normally experince 5 stars Service, this time around they forgot to stamp my Service Book - luckily I checked before driving away. The thing is, I asked before I came to pick up if the Book was stamped and was told Yes"..."
