If you’re looking for date night or girls dine out options, I’d highly recommend Liberty’s Restaurant!As if the elegant, sophisticated interior of Liberty's Restaurant at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town isn’t enough, wait until you’ve tasted the food and cocktails!Executive Chef Simon made sure he sent our tastebuds on a culinary adventure of note with his delectable dishes.Our pick from the winter menu was:The Potato & mustard seed samosas with Homemade pineapple chutney and the Creamy Ouzo & fennel mussels with Char grilled bruschetta for starters.Our mains were Teriyaki braised beef short rib with Roast sweet potato pure, cashew & sesame dukkha, honeyed baby carrots and hubby opted for the 180g Beef Fillet with a side of vegetables.No meal is complete without dessert and we ordered the delicious New York Cheesecake to share.And I didn’t even mention the yummy cocktail menu yet!

Had some cocktails here before a movie, service was amazing and friendly staff. Highly recommend coming here with your loved ones!

I was a bit disappointed, it took a while to et serve and the ribs was hard to chew... really small portion of fries as you can see. The coleslaw was good but a bit too creamy

Was there for the Mother’s Day Brunch. Will definitely be going back regularly. The staff are so friendly and really enjoyed the food.

In spite of a snafu with our delivery order, the team went out of their way to correct the order and the food was absolutely fantastic! Will order again!
