The pricing is ridiculous, all clients use the same treatment and there are no 'check-ins' for progress on treatment. The products don't really work they just make you lighter. They don't treat the underlying problem. They have above 50% yearly price increases. Ladies are loude and sometimes unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Place was recommended by a friend. Great products & treatments at an affordable price. Service is an area of improvement though as therapist I experience was loud & talked a lot when all I wanted was tranquility with my treatment. They could also improve on educating customers on how to use the products and also getting history before recommending stuff

Great skin treatment at such reasonable prices. That place got me off make up, as their facial gives me such a glow. The scrubbing is very painful but helpful. Their skin range is quite affordable and it works, very natural also, no alcohol, parabens, etc.

I go to the Pretoria CBD one; I like all the ladies there, they're all friendly. But I don't like the system that is being used. It is not flexible and not designed with client's best interest in mind. This 2/3 week treatment & the charges associated with cancellation they should review.

I called Pat skin Wonder park spoke to Eva. Asked her if I can send somoene bro purchase sk8n products for me due to my condition and the situation SA is facing. She told me that I cannot purchase anymore as I need to book in for skin treatment. Told her but we in level 4 and informed het of my condition. She told me that they are working and and everything is normal. Iam so so dissappinted by het telling me that if iam covid posetive I must wait to be negative. What a bad service. I have been with Pat Skin for some time but had never received this type of attitude

First time experience was a bit of a shock !! But I love the set up and the staff is super friendly n professional. I love the feeling I got after treatment. My journey to a healthy skin has began in the right place.

Letlhogonolo who was working at wonderpark must stop working there, her hand is not good. She pinched me to a point where I was feeling pain as if I am giving birth, I told she is hurting me, she kept on telling me that hands are not the same, It was so painful I told her to leave me. I have been treating my skin at pat skin for a year and I have never experienced such pain with any skin therapist. Waste of money and waste of time.

*READ CAREFULLY* My experience with PAT was worthwhile, their staff are professional and welcoming. Initially when I started I didn’t know what I got myself into, the weekly visits and painful sessions. However with time I got accustomed to the treatment. I started seeing results the more I followed their prescription and everyone around me could notice the improvements. For anyone that wants overnight results this is NOT for you. BUT if you are COMMITTED to having healthier skin I highly recommend them, the staff are passionate about their work and thrive when dealing with compliant clients.
