Wow. What an amazing person Ismail is. I highly recommend him. He arrived on time, on his call out he identified my washing machine issues immediately. Then ordered the part etc etc. He came after hours fixed my machine. Removed the old one. Unbelievable. He is so reasonable and saved me thousands of Rands. 5 stars indeed!

Got my oven repaired. Always arrived on time. Sourced a hard to find part. Sorted everything out, And made it so easy to deal withthem. Highly recommended

So they came out soon enough, however needed to order the part, which we paid for in full (actually twice by mistake but of course they are not able to find any of the payments when we try and follow up). Since October last year we are STILL WAITING FOR THE PART. Ismael does not believe it is his problem. So now I am R10k out of pocket and problem is still not fixed..... I would most definitely not recommend these guys.

Excellent service. Ismail and his team were very accommodating, were on time for the appointment and did the checks and repairs on the same time. Very impressed with them and will use them in future.

Called them with an issue regarding the replacement of fridge door rubbers. Rubbers did not need to be replaced. They advised me a way to fix without them coming out or charging me.That's honesty for you.Well done Ishmael.

I had a problem with my dishwasher and I called in, to my surprise the service agent gave me some advice on how to troubleshoot the problem and try and sort the issue on my own and if I couldn't resolve it they would come out. The instructions he gave worked 1st time round and dishwasher worked perfectly. I was really impressed by the fact that they weren't interested in making a quick buck from the average guy. Rare indeed.

This was by far the best, quickest and most honest service ever received. After meeting Ismail and having him fix both our fridge and washing machine, we have decided to never use anyone else in future. I would definitely recommend Ismail to everyone I know. In a world where every repair guy is out to make the quickest buck it's so amazing to find someone who truly cares about excellent customer service and satisfaction. Thanks a mil Ismail!
