Terrible experience. Bought expensive recliner that was badly made and not like the demo model. Salesperson said you can't compare to demo. Then what is the point of demos? Fighting to get refund.

I had a truly unique situation, needing to furnish my mother in law's apartment in Joburg, while I am located in the U.S. Nathan was able to work with the items on my list, providing us with great quality products (at very fair price).
