Clicks Pharmacy Sasolburg

*This review is based completely on our experience of the Covid Vaccine* My partner and I have both been registered for vacancies as we became eligible (me since 15 July, hime the previous age group). Decided to go to Clicks as we were not receiving dates from government. Went to websire, got appointment for 2 days later. Professional staff at Clicks, who followed all the guidelines and were very helpful. Made follow up appointment while we were sitting out the observation period (15 minutes) after jab. Very happy. Karin, who administered the jab was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. Suggest booking online as quantities are limited. Also, allow for a little extra time if they are understandably busy.

Absolutely revolting service! We booked an appointment at clicks 4 days in advance for the vaccine, upon arrival there was no information on what to do. After running around the store a very rude man shoved 2 vaccination forms(so badly coppied that you can barely read them) into our hands and told us to go wait outside where people were standing(not even given chairs) we were given no pens or clipboards, there were no tables or any facilities where you could fill in the forms. After waiting 20 minutes and only having 30 minutes of lunchtime we enquired and was told by the rude man that we have to wait in the queue and that out booking an appointment doesn't mean anything. Why does clicks offer this service if this is how it works?Extremely poor service and very incompetent!UpdateAfter rescheduling (albeit a whole week later) we got our vaccines and the whole experience was much improved. There were chairs for the people waiting outside, clear signs to direct people as well as explaining the procedure, the staff were much friendlier and helpful. The entire chaotic scene of last week was turned around, thank you! I will happily get my second vaccine there as well as continue to shop and get my meds at clicks.

Social distancing signs are no longer visible at the store and you find people standing right on your back. Please get this fixed ASAP, it makes shopping uncomfortable.

The staff in general are helpful but not always very friendly (that makes the world of difference to one's shopping experience.) The shop is always pleasently clean and the shelves are always properly stocked.

Went to collect goods I ordered online. I showed manager confirmation email with order and reference number. Also my ID. Manager refused to hand over my paid for parcel because I could not provide a five number code. I never received a five number code!!! I consider this as good as stealing. I will never shop at any Clicks again!

Got my first vaccine there today and very happy with the process and the attention. Overall a great experience

This Clicks is definitely open. Not as stated that it is temporary closed. Because of lockdown I can’t go to Vanderbijlpark. So I had to go to this Clicks witch I do not like. The store is unorganized. The staff is not friendly at all. First I phoned to find out about the vaccination. They said Wednesdays and Thursdays. The nurse arrives at 9:00. But people start standing in a queue from 7:00. So yesterday afternoons I went to see if I could get a vaccine. They told me to get a appointment I have to be there at 7:00. They only do 30 a day. So the people that was standing outside in the cold was there from 7:00? That’s ridiculous. There were elderly people sitting outside. Why would anybody be in a hurry to get vaccinated if it’s such a hassle to get it.

I usually enjoy shopping at clicks I mean.. But today I had the horrible experience.The cashier named sello was horrible.. I forgot my clicks card, but I remembered that I have an app on my phone that guy became arrogant I mean no one forced him to do that job please respect us period

I love clicks its my favourite place the cashiers are always friendly and the prices are good but the female floor staff has a attitude problem if you ask for help then they give you one big attitude thats not nessecery im a friendly person and i think we as clients deserve friendlyness and not attitudes..
