We enjoyed working with Tony from The Agency selling our house. He was very knowledgeable about market conditions, had a great calming demeanour about him and in the end managed to get us a good price for our house in difficult/changing market conditions. We much appreciated Tony's years of experience reading our state of minds and managing out expectations. He listened to us and never forced any ideas onto us - we worked as a team. During the process he kept us fully informed of the interest in our house, number of people inspecting and the number of serious potential buyers. In the end we sold our house within the expected time frame and within the expected price range. Finally, all the staff from The Agency was professional, friendly and approachable at all times and we highly recommend them as an estate agent.
