Had an experience with the coloured lady, that works front line issues statements upon request, today before looking at my documents... She screamed and ask me to provide company documents without even looking through the documents u have handed her... Thereafter when i mentioned that the company documents are in her hand, after looking through the documents, she had realised she was wrong, but how over said oh shame n continued with work without apologizing..

Decent service, but staff are not very helpful or smart. Saw a lot of upset and angry customers while waiting both times I visited. Card machine did not work as well in my weekend visit. But it is a government department so kinda expected unfortunately.

Due to load shedding we where not allowed inside the building. What happens if people are old. There were no chairs outside. This was during their operation hours.

This branch should have a long list of the services it does NOT offer. Don't waste your time if you have to transfer an account (which was in your business' name) or if *the municipality* misspelt your name and you now need it corrected. Apparently they can only do changes to addresses but not names ...??! Best to go into town and not waste your time sitting in this queue. Useless.

Service was good. Tell them exactly what you need and they can assist. General covid protocol to follow. They only accept cash, no credit/debit card payments. There are 2 entrances.

Waited for some hours. Lady at the desk was unhelpful and quite arrogant.Office was nice and observing Covid-19 regs very efficiently. Did not resolve my query as the lady on the desk said she did not trust my comments.When I went to pay me Deposit originally last year the staff and the lady who assisted us was very efficient and friendly however it seem they have had a staff change and some of their consultants are working from home.

They can't even make a payment to right account when asked to rectify their mistake it is an impossible task, either they don't know or they tell you to go to Martin West to pass off their mistakes. Useless at their job is not enough of a description. This office is the worst that I have been to. They look for any excuse to not assist with any query. For some reason the ladies there think they are doing you a favor by assisting you with a query when it is their job. They are rude and arrogant.
