The owner Dudu,does not answer her phone and the business phone rang unanswered. We were so frustrated because we parked on the gate that's not for guests, it was at night, we're tired and it was a load shedding period. We stood outside the gate for over 30 minutes while calling both numbers and they both rang unanswered. Until we asked a passerby who directed us to the other gate.

The place is beautifull but after booking and having paid fully for the booking and received confirmation we were not welcomed and cancelled upon arrival, we had to make alternative arrangements by ourselves in an unfamiliar environment. No apology nothing, we were just told the place is full, as if we didn't book.

The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, however the owners are terrible. We had a very horrible treatment from wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The place is nice and clean, however the service from the owner and the guy onsite was terrible. Mixed up my bookings made in Jan, forced a couple to sleep with other people in the same room,I would suggest that you communicate with your staff with regards to bookings because that was so unprofessional, and the worst part you kept a room open for some Government official" who didn't even bother to pitch

We were referred by the Malamule family. The guy at the reception gave us a rude and harsh welcome. However, the ladies gave us the greatest service. We felt like are from ebukhosini and the breakfast was also amazing ☺️☺️
